Meet Katie

I’m a literacy leader, educator, and founder of The Reading Symphony.

I’ve spent 20+ years teaching, leading schools, and building literacy systems that work. I’ve taught nearly every grade K–12 and now support schools and families in aligning to the science of reading.

I’m also a parent—which is why this matters so much to me.

💡 One Thing to Hold Onto

Reading struggles do not have to be mysterious.
They are diagnosable.
And they are fixable with the right instruction.

I’m really glad you’re here.
